Abstract
Prof. Ungku gave some suggestions on how to design a Mission Statement. One way to mobilize and guide all the members is to describe in a clear language the values that are in fact already in the minds of the leadership. They shall not contradict the values that the stakeholder of the corporation believes in. The values shall not be taken in any ranking order or importance. It should be symmetrical. And lastly, negative values should be avoidable wherever possible.
