Abstract

Prof. Ungku Aziz has briefly discussed his role as a Vice-Chancellor in UM in the first part of the speech. He continues the discussion about the relationships among the governing body/the employer and the staff/students or employees, and how this relationship affect each other in the decision process that involves participation, negotiation and consultation by both parties.
